The Management Team sets professional development expectations at a level that is aspirational, but also realistically achievable. Time and space is rostered for non-contact time and we have admin and supporting staff for this. We invest in business-leading software solutions that support and enhance, not overload, our crew. We also monitor and adjust systems and expectations based on staff capacity and wellbeing. Overall, we are realistic and know that in this industry, some weeks you just need to catch your breath.

Additionally we invest in regular facilitated professional development sessions such as The Power of Dots and Riders & Elephants as a fun way to get the team communicating and valuing each others differences.
